METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept payment by all major credit or debit cards through our service provider Paypal - your payment will be processed via Paypals secure server. You do not need a Paypal account to pay this way.

Otherwise we are happy to accept your order by telephone. Please call (01506) 848196 where we can take payment over the telephone. From 9:30am - 5pm.

RETURNS

We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange if you are not entirely satisfied with your item(s). In order to qualify for a refund customers must adhere to the following points:

• Please contact us by telephone or E-mail to obtain a returns number. Items WILL NOT be acepted if they do not have a returns no.
• Items must be returned  within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition,  unworn and with all the labels still attached.
• Postage charges will not be refunded. Little Beau Peep will not be responsible any charges incurred in returning the items. 

With exchanges, your new item(s) will be despatched to you as soon as we receive your returned items plus any additional payment.
